Arrived in Lviv by car? Great! But before heading out for a walk, it’s important to know where to park safely and conveniently. The city has narrow streets, many pedestrian zones, and heavy traffic, especially in the center. Finding a free spot can be difficult, and parking incorrectly may result in a fine or, even worse, your car being towed.
That’s why it’s better to find out in advance where you can leave your car. We’ve compiled a current list of parking spots in the center and on the outskirts of Lviv — both paid and free options.

How to find parking in Lviv?
The city has a convenient parking system with clearly defined zones. You can leave your car in specially equipped or designated areas located along roads and driveways. You can pay by the hour or use a daily subscription purchased in advance.

Prices depend on the zone:
- Zone 1 (city center) – 35–45 UAH/hour
- Zone 2 – 25 UAH/hour
- Zone 3 – 20 UAH/hour
- Zone 4 – 15 UAH/hour
- Tourist bus parking – 95 UAH/hour
Cost of a daily subscription (on LCE “Lvivavtodor” lots):
1. "Valova" and "Vernisazh" – 400 UAH each (pay on site)
2. Other zones:
- Zone 1 – 280 UAH
- Zone 2 – 200 UAH
- Zone 3 – 160 UAH
- Zone 4 – 120 UAH

Parking zone operating hours
- Specially equipped lots – 24/7, daily
- Zones 1 and 2 – from 08:00 to 20:00, every day
- Zones 3 and 4 – from 08:00 to 20:00, on weekdays
- Tourist lots – from 08:00 to 20:00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (free on other days)
How to pay for parking in Lviv?

2. Cashless — through digital services (see below)
3. QR code payment is also available on information boards

How to pay via EasyPay or QR code
Important: on weekends and daily from 20:00 to 08:00, LeoParking lots without guards are free of charge.
To pay quickly and conveniently, use one of the digital methods:
1. Find the information board at the parking lot – it contains QR codes for payment.
2. Scan the QR code:
- using your phone’s camera
- or via the scanner in the Privat24 app
3. Follow the instructions that appear after scanning.
4. Select the desired parking duration and confirm the payment.

Parking in Lviv city center: free and paid lots
The center of Lviv attracts tourists but is not very convenient for drivers — finding a parking spot can be really tough. Most parking lots here are paid, but there are a few free zones as well. And if you want to leave your car under a roof, we’ve selected 3 options for covered or underground parking.
Most Popular Parking Lots in Lviv City Center:
1. 10 Mitskevycha Square – 35 UAH/hour
Convenient location in the very heart of the city.
2. 10–12 Shevchenka Avenue – 25 UAH/hour
Ideal option if you're planning to visit the Opera House or Svobody Avenue.
3. 6 Rizni Square – underground parking, 25 UAH/hour
One of the most comfortable options, especially in rainy weather.
4. Havryshkevycha Street – 35 UAH/hour
Close to Rynok Square, so it might be full during peak hours.
5. Other streets with parking lots (25 UAH/hour):
These streets are within walking distance of the main historical landmarks, so it’s better to arrive early to find a spot.
Guarded Parking in the City Center
If you’re worried that someone might damage your car and drive off, there are specially equipped guarded parking lots in the center of Lviv. You can pay in cash, which is especially convenient for those who don’t use mobile apps.

Paid Parking in the Near Center of Lviv
You don’t necessarily have to drive into the very center to park comfortably. There are many paid parking lots in the near center of Lviv with various conditions and comfort levels. Here’s a selection of verified locations:
1. Parking Lot No.5, 5 Yaroslava Mudroho St. – 20 UAH/hour
A standard city parking lot with a good location.
2. Forum Lviv Mall, 7B Pid Dubom St. – underground parking
- 1st hour — free
- 2nd hour — 40 UAH
- Each additional hour — +40 UAH
Perfect for those planning to shop or grab coffee downtown.
3. New Point Mall (Auchan), 16i Chornovola Avenue
Convenient location near large shopping areas.
4. Arsen Supermarket, 93 Chornovola Avenue – 10 UAH/hour
One of the most affordable options in this part of the city.
5. Guarded parking lot near the railway station, Dvirtseva Sq. (Zone 5) – 30–40 UAH/hour
A safe lot for those arriving in Lviv by train and looking to leave their car nearby.

Parking on the Outskirts of Lviv
If you don’t want to waste time searching for a spot in the center or wish to save money, park your car on the outskirts of Lviv.
Buses, trams, and trolleybuses run regularly from every district to the center, so you’ll easily get where you need to go. Plus, you’ll help reduce traffic congestion in the central streets and avoid getting stuck in jams. And if you’ve got some extra time, you can enjoy a walk. A stroll through Lviv’s old streets is a small adventure that brings fresh impressions.
