Handover Locations and Delivery Terms

We do not have our own office in Drohobych — cars are delivered from Lviv, so the following handover and return options are available:

Driver Requirements and Documents

A car in Drohobych can be rented by a driver who meets the following requirements — regardless of the car class, including the premium segment:

• age from 21 years old;
• driving experience from 2 years.

The following are needed to arrange the rental:

• international passport;
• category "B" driving license, valid in Ukraine, with a note on driving experience (if the license has been replaced);
• if needed, the manager may request an additional identity document (tax ID number, personal bank card, international passport, etc.).

The final decision on handing over the car is made by the manager after personal contact with the client and presentation of the original documents.

Insurance and Deposit

All ALIN cars are insured:

• under mandatory third-party liability insurance;
• under CASCO — with the renter's liability limited to the deposit amount.

This means that even in the event of damage to the car, your risk is limited to the deposit amount (€300-2,500 depending on the car category), and no more.

Renting a Car Without a Deposit — the Super Top Cover LDW Option

If you want to rent a car in Drohobych without the risk of losing your deposit, add Super Top Cover LDW:

• insurance deposit — €0;
• scratches, broken glass, punctured tires, and accident consequences are covered;
• arranged right when signing the contract, with no additional paperwork;
• valid from 3 days of rental (not available for a shorter term);
• only a €100 fuel deposit is paid, which is fully refunded after the car is returned with a full tank.

The cost of the option depends on the car model and the rental period — for example, for the Ravon R2 it is from €4/day on a rental of a month or more, for the Suzuki Vitara or Hyundai Venue — from €15/day.

Regardless of the protection package chosen, roadside support is available 24/7 — in the event of an accident or breakdown, just call us.

2. Fuel: the car is issued with a full tank and returned at the same level — at Okko gas station rates.
