Our Guarantees
ALIN is one of the leaders in the car rental market in Ukraine. We monitor the quality of services and ensure safety so that you can be confident in your trip.
Our guarantees are standard rules on which our daily work is based:
- all rental terms and details are specified in the contract, which guarantees safety and protection of both parties’ interests;
- the contract includes a clear list of rights and obligations for each party;
- the rental cost is specified in the contract exactly, with no hidden fees or extra charges;
- before receiving a rental car, you must pay 100% in advance, a deposit, and/or choose additional Super Top Cover LDW insurance;
- if you arrange Super Top Cover LDW insurance, your financial liability in case of insurance claims is reduced to zero;
- we offer several payment options so you can choose the most convenient one;
- if the car breaks down, we cover the repair costs;
- before delivery, the car undergoes a service check and full cleaning;
- in force majeure cases, we will provide another car of the same class at no extra cost, but only with your consent;
- personal data is protected, as detailed in our privacy policy;
- you can return the car at any convenient location within the city (for example, at the train station or near your office), by specifying the address when booking. This service is paid.
Legal Responsibility
ALIN is officially registered and operates in accordance with Ukrainian law. We fully recognize our legal responsibility to every client and always fulfill the obligations specified in the contract.
All your rights are protected, and you have the full right to demand quality services from us. We provide all the necessary documentation and keep legal records.

List of Documents We Provide
For Corporate Clients:
We work with businesses and fully ensure legal support for every deal. After services are provided, you receive:
- the original contract in electronic or paper form;
- acts of completed work with a company seal (if needed);
- invoices, tax documents, reconciliations, and acts — everything required for your accounting.
For Individuals:
Even if you rent a car for just a few hours, we issue everything officially. You receive:
- a booking confirmation or contract (electronic or paper);
- a receipt or payment slip;
- additional documents for insurance or compensation payments if needed.
Payment and Financial Security
You can pay for rental by:
- Visa or Mastercard bank card;
- bank transfer (without VAT);
- cash.
Payment is quick and easy. First, choose a car from our fleet. Then specify the delivery and return date and time, the pickup location, as well as any additional services needed.
After that, simply make the payment online or at our office.
Deposit (Security) Refund Conditions
A deposit is mandatory. You pay it in cash or by bank card when signing the contract. At the moment of returning the car, we submit a request for the deposit refund, provided that:
- all terms of the contract are met;
- the car is returned in good condition and without damage.
The deposit is usually refunded to your card immediately or within 2–3 business days. The exact period depends on your bank, but usually does not exceed 30 days.
If you want to reduce the deposit amount, you can arrange additional Super Top Cover LDW insurance. Please ask your manager for details.
