What kind of payment do you provide?
You can pay for car rental both in cash and with a bank card (Visa, MasterCard).
I want to take a car in one city and return it to another city, is this possible?
This may be a "one-way" service, and it will be extra paid, check with us the cost of the service by indicating the city of receipt and the city of return of the car.
Which driver's license is suitable for car rental?
We accept any license of any country, but the driver's license must be duplicated in Latin letters and the presence of category "B" is required. For driving licenses from the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, some Arab countries, and other South American countries, you must have a driving permit abroad (international driver's license).
Is the car insured? Do I have to pay extra for insurance?
The standard car rental rate includes motor third-party liability insurance. This type of insurance risk includes limiting customers in the security deposit (deposit for the car or franchise). The amount of the deposit depends on the class of car (from 300 to 1000 euros). It is also possible, for an additional fee, to take out insurance with zero deductible.
Is it possible to rent a car without a deposit?
Of course, but when renting a car for three days! You leave only a fuel deposit. You get a rental car with a full tank. You must return a car with the same amount of fuel, or we will deduct the surcharge for the lack of deposit.

What are the requirements for the renter?
Several simple requirements are placed on the customer: their age must be at least 21 years old, and their driving experience should be a minimum of 2 years. Ukraine's active engagement with other countries contributes to strengthening contacts with foreigners. Upon arriving in Ukraine, many of them seek to arrange car rentals to maintain their accustomed level of comfort and mobility. For this purpose, a foreigner must possess, in addition to their national driver's license, an International Driving License or International Driving Permit.
It is strictly prohibited to transfer the vehicle to third parties without the consent of our company representatives. If there is a need for this, an Alin manager will include the details of multiple drivers in the rental agreement in advance. The same requirements as for the main renter apply to each of them. It should be noted that this service incurs an additional fee.
What documents are required for the rental?
Car rental is allowed upon submission of a standard set of documents, the main ones being a citizen's passport or international passport, identification code for Ukrainian citizens, and a driver's license of category "B". In case of any changes to the driver's license, the corresponding note should be present in the document. Typically, it is entered next to the "B" category, but if it appears anywhere else on the license page, it is still considered valid.
Often, the manager may ask you to provide additional documents, such as a bank card, international passport, etc.
The final decision on car rental is made by our manager after personal communication with the client. The agreement can be signed in the office or at another location according to the potential renter's preference. The rental period begins from the moment the vehicle is handed over to its temporary owner.
